Die Raiffeisenbank Ortenburg-Kirchberg v. W. eG nimmt am Streitbeilegungsverfahren der deutschen genossenschaftlichen Bankengruppe teil. Für die Beilegung von Streitigkeiten mit der Raiffeisenbank Ortenburg-Kirchberg v. W. eG besteht für Privatkundinnen und -kunden, Firmenkundinnen und -kunden sowie bei Ablehnung eines Antrags auf Abschluss eines Basiskontovertrags für Nichtkundinnen und -kunden die Möglichkeit, den Ombudsmann für die genossenschaftliche Bankengruppe anzurufen.
Näheres regelt die „Verfahrensordnung für die außergerichtliche Schlichtung von Kundenbeschwerden im Bereich der deutschen genossenschaftlichen Bankengruppe”, die auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Beschwerde ist in Textform zum Beispiel mittels Brief oder E-Mail an die Kundenbeschwerdestelle des Bundesverbandes der Deutschen Volksbanken und Raiffeisenbanken BVR zu richten.

Betrifft der Beschwerdegegenstand eine Streitigkeit aus dem Anwendungsbereich des Zahlungsdiensterechts (§§ 675c bis 676c des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches, Art. 248 des Einführungsgesetzes zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch, § 48 des Zahlungskontengesetzes und Vorschriften des Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetzes) besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, eine Beschwerde bei der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht einzulegen. Die Verfahrensordnung ist bei der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht erhältlich. Die Adresse lautet:

Zudem besteht in diesen Fällen auch die Möglichkeit, eine Beschwerde unmittelbar bei der Raiffeisenbank Ortenburg-Kirchberg v. W. eG einzulegen. Die Raiffeisenbank Ortenburg-Kirchberg v. W. eG wird Beschwerden in Textform, zum Beispiel mittels Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail beantworten.
